Ylläs Joiku 1 construction project towards completion
As Spring progresses and the temperature rises, construction work has mostly moved indoors in the Joiku 1 construction project. This marks an important step in the progress of the project and towards completion. The first phase of Joiku will be completed in September 2024 at the latest.
Attention to detail is emphasized during the finishing phase of the interior. Painting walls, installing flooring and installing fixtures are all part of this precise process. Paying attention to details not only improves the appearance of the building, but also increases its usability and value. The goal is to ensure that the building is ready to receive customers and meet all the necessary safety and quality standards.
Joiku 2: Starting the project
While the Joiku 1 project is nearing completion, the construction of the Joiku 2 construction project begins. Joiku 2 is a continuation of the first phase. In the second phase, 8 apartments (79m2 – 135m2) will be built and the construction will start as soon as the snow melts. At the moment, sales are being finalized for Joiku 2, but a few apartments have become available for sale. Joiku 2 will be completed in Autumn 2025 at the latest.
