The project is carried out in two phases: the 9 chalets of Joiku 1 were quickly sold out, and the construction of Joiku 2 will kick off in spring 2024. Joiku 2 consists of 8 more chalets designed to accommodate you, your families and friends in the best possible way. The Joiku 2 chalets have four different floor plans, from a 79 m2 semi-detached house to a 135 m2 detached house. All floor plans have been developed to create beautiful and functional spaces for socializing and relaxing.
In all the villas the open kitchen and the spacious living area are located downstairs. So a high space opens above, up to the architectural ceiling. The huge windows with the most beautiful views are the crown of the villa. The bathroom and the sauna are also located downstairs, which enables you to cool off on your own terrace or to dip into the lake or why not into your own jacuzzi. The bedrooms and the other toilet are located upstairs. The biggest apartments have a shower upstairs as well.
The smallest of the villas, 79 m² differs from the others in its floor plan and roof angle, but the other villas, sizes of 103 m² , 122 m², 135m² and 148 m² have a similar ground plan scaled by the square metres.

The smallest of the Joiku villas are 79m2 semi-detached houses under a high gabled roof. The ground plan is absolutely genial and there are no squares wasted. The villa is designed for six persons considering the number of beds. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and an alcove with a sliding door downstairs. After sleeping well, you have energy to enjoy the surrounding nature and later in the evening you can get together under the high ceiling to enjoy the company of your family and friends, to enjoy delicious food, and the glow of the logfire. It is a joy to make food in the luxurious kitchen and it surely tastes a little better. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, and the domestic appliances are integrated. There is also a high-quality induction cooker with a built-in cooker hood as well as a breakfast cupboard.
In front of the kitchen and the living room, there is an apartment wide terrace, and it is also possible to install a Drop spa under the pergola as an extra work.
